Mark A. Bishop
Born
in Melbourne, Australia with grandparents initially from
Manchester, England, a young Mark A. Bishop always knew he
was destined to make a difference. His chosen
career as a Radio & T.V. broadcaster/presenter in his
early career years, have given him a strong insight into
the media arena needed for his future sales and marketing
career.
As the pioneer in Australia in the late 1970’s of what was
then “early timeshare”, he had successfully, before its
time, sold out four resorts for his then partner and
pioneer developer, Neville Kay. After the tragic death of
a young Neville in a helicopter crash, Mark pursued his
knowledge within this fledgling but “evolving” industry
and went to America, to refine his knowledge and skills
and “to take on the best of the best”.
He enjoyed a very successful and award winning tenure with some of the
biggest privately held companies in the U.S.A. and later
experienced first hand, the Brand entry into the Vacation Ownership
industry with his very successful launch of “ Welcome to Starwood
” seminars in the U.S. He was later lured away from this global
hospitality giant to set up the first “Mixed Use” gated
estate incorporating a Private Residence Club in Puerto Penasco,
Mexico.
Recently a Project Director for their flagship resort,
Flynns Beach in Port Macquarie, Australia; Wyndham Vacation Resorts brought Mark, his American
wife Nancy and son Ryan back to Australia to spearhead the
project.
During his tenure, it was not only the most
successful revenue earner for the growing network of
Trendwest club resorts in the South Pacific, but earned
him his status as the #1 Project Director in all
performance areas measured.
Mark
and Nancy believe that the burgeoning Proportionate/Fractional
industry has a lot to offer in ‘Lifestyle & Recreational Real
Estate’ within the South Pacific. They designed and structured a
new mixed resort project in Vanuatu and are
currently working on a master planned resort village
development in New Zealand.
A committed team, Mark & Nancy are dedicated
in their role of ‘getting the job done’!
(feasibility - product structuring - usage plans - marketing & sales)

Nancy Bishop
Originally
from the United States, Nancy was born in New York. She
later moved to Arizona where she attended the University
of Arizona, in Tucson, Arizona.
She spent over 12 years in “Corporate America” with an
International company known as Dun & Bradstreet. She began
her career with them as a Business Analyst, interviewing
business owners, gathering and analysing their financial
information. She later was promoted to a Divisional
Manager and was responsible for managing a team of
analysts. Her team was the highest achieving team and
consistently surpassed all company objectives. During the
last five years of her career with Dun & Bradstreet, she
was appointed Northwest Regional Trainer. She was
responsible for 6 states and designed, implemented and
facilitated a myriad of training programs for both
analysts and front line management. Programs included:
selling skills, coaching for improved work performance and
targeted hiring programs.
Her 12 year career with Dun & Bradstreet took her from
Arizona, to Oregon, Washington, and lastly California.
After having her son Ryan, she went to work as an
independent contractor for a large California
telecommunications company called General Telephone and
Electric (GTE). Desperately wanting to be a stay-at-home
mom, she worked in sales out of her house. She was
approached to head up a new division for them and she
continued in a managerial capacity with them until moving
back to Arizona.

Once again, trying to be a stay-at-home mom, she became a
very successful entrepreneur in an international
networking company. Working from home, she grew her
business in over 12 countries and recruited and trained a
large international organization.
She met her current husband, partner and soul mate,
Australian born Mark, while travelling on a cruise. As he
resided in Australia, they made some life changing
decisions together. They began their journey together and
have never looked back.
She continues to maintain her family priorities and works
with her husband Mark in all current projects.
